Air Products Global Headquarters
Air Products, a leader in industrial gases and hydrogen technologies, selected Lehigh Valley for the home of their new global headquarters. They engaged our team to provide comprehensive business advisory services, as well as architecture and interior design, to support their strategic repositioning and consolidation of operations for more than 2,000 employees.
We guided Air Products through asset analysis, site evaluation, regulatory interface, and land procurement, The resulting 1.3 million-square-foot (120,774-square-metre), nine-story office tower anchors a 53-acre (21-hectare) campus featuring advanced research and development facilities, a six-story enclosed parking structure. The campus also features wellness-focused amenities such as a fitness center, landscaped green spaces, and rooftop solar arrays. Designed for flexibility and collaboration, column-free workspaces and interconnecting stairs foster transparency and employee well-being.
The global headquarters campus consolidates Air Products’ global operations, supports clean energy leadership, and advances a shared vision for a resilient, high-performance workplace.
