Sustainability is embedded in our people, projects, and direction. It guides a robust environmental, social, and governance strategy and empowers our people to rise to the world’s greatest challenges.

We are recognized as climate leaders, including being the most sustainable among our peers by Corporate Knights Global 100 and receiving an A- CDP score—six years running.

Starting at the board level, we demonstrate our commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity. We know the value of working with others, which includes our partnership with the United Nations (UN) Decade on Ecosystem Restoration and UN Global Compact. We purposefully share in our successes, like redirecting our sustainability-linked loan proceeds to climate-focused Indigenous non-profits.

We believe our most significant impact comes from aligning project work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, a framework of accountability for defining sustainability-related growth and development.

Our journey is well underway, and our dedication continues to grow—one step at a time.
