An accomplished financial leader with a 35-year track record of creating value across multiple industries, including airlines, telecommunications, fleet management, and space technology, Vito oversees our global financial operations.
Known for his exceptional strategic thinking and a focus on building sustainable shareholder value, he also chairs our executive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) committee, supporting the Company’s commitment to achieving its sustainability priorities.
Vito is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a bachelor of commerce degree. In January 2021, He was recognized as a fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, the highest distinction conferred upon its members. Vito also serves as a current board member and chair of the audit committee for EPCOR.
