Having worked in more than 20 countries, Pat has a cross-cultural sensitivity and approach to design. Over the past 35 years, he’s acquired experience in planning and design of transit facilities, civic facilities, office buildings, commercial buildings, and corporate office interiors. His primary role? Overseeing project development and execution.
A tenacious leader and licensed architect who thrives on developing creative solutions to complex design challenges, Pat has played a key role in complex and innovative projects such as the LA Metro Division 14 Light Rail Operations and Maintenance Facility, LA Metro Willowbrook/Rosa Parks Station, Foothill Transit Covina Park and Ride Transit Center, and LA Metro Division 13 Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility.
Pat is all about family and community. He enjoys working outdoors and is active in church missions, having recently traveled to Swaziland to help build schools and churches. A frequent traveler, Pat has backpacked around Europe, explored Easter Island, climbed Machu Picchu, and driven through Ireland and Scotland.
