Hamid has always enjoyed seeing his ideas take shape—from building roads and bridges for the toy cars of his childhood to designing community destinations throughout his engineering career. Drawing on four decades of experience, he leads some of our Tampa office’s largest and most complex projects. His transformative projects throughout the Tampa Bay area include Channel District, Water Street Tampa, Coachman Park, the new St. Pete Pier, and many more.
With an advanced understanding of infrastructure engineering, Hamid knows how to make clients comfortable and translate their vision to reality—throughout Florida and the southeastern US. He has long-standing relationships with the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, Tampa Port Authority, and many other local and regional municipalities.
When he’s not delivering projects that exceed expectations, Hamid enjoys relaxing with his family in his free time, often in the beautiful districts that he helped bring to life.
