Coachman Park—an expansive park, gateway plaza, and bluff walk—sparks a cultural renaissance on 24-acres of premier urban waterfront property in downtown Clearwater, Fla. Our comprehensive services guided the transformation of Coachman Park into a high amenity environment that attracts new levels of community engagement and reinvestment.
Our team provided architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, structural and MEP engineering, and management services to bring Coachman Park to life. The project connects the park to downtown Clearwater and includes an expansive park and passive recreational space, an outdoor performance amphitheater and stage with covered seating for 4,000, a bay walk promenade, an ocean themed play area with an interactive water feature, a bluff walk promenade, and a lake area with picnic shelters. Since nearly all the utility services for Clearwater Beach—power, gas, sewer, water, wastewater, and communication lines—run right through the park and then under the harbor, our infrastructure capabilities and extensive design experience proved vital in designing this world-class facility.
The Clearwater community can take full advantage of its beautiful, resilient downtown waterfront, serving visitors and residents for decades to come.
