Fitchburg, Wisconsin
Welcome to Fitchburg
Known for its diverse, hilly landscape and tightly knit neighborhoods, the city of Fitchburg is connected to surrounding communities via a network of walking and biking paths and local road system. Whether commuting or taking a walk along the Military Ridge Bike Path and Cannonball Trail, visiting local restaurants or downtown Madison, the Fitchburg office offers a central location for our team and clients.
Our team in Fitchburg is focused on environmental services—it’s a place where our ecologists, biologists, water resource specialists, and other analysts can collaborate on projects throughout the country. We also support projects locally and have conducted ecological restoration on various City of Madison conservancy lands and designed stream restoration projects along Pheasant Branch Creek in the City of Middleton.
Here, we focus on considering a project and community’s role within both the human and natural communities that surround it. Our team works to address concerns, protect resources, and support sustainable decision-making so that clients can avoid impacts where possible and restore or conserve nature where possible—we want to leave the world a little greener than we found it.
