Based in Wisconsin, Nicole is a senior consultant focused on providing technical and project management oversight to our ecological and regulatory projects. She has more than 28 years of experience throughout the Midwest.
In her position, Nicole leads ecological restoration projects, botanical and rare species inventories, wetland delineation, mitigation, design, and implementation, and sustainable development master planning. She manages complex natural resource mitigation and restoration design and implementation projects and has expertise in the restoration and integration of native plant communities including plant taxonomy and natural areas classification. Nicole also works with various state, federal, and local agencies to guide clients through the state and federal wetland and waterways permitting processes. In a leadership role, she mentors and guides other staff through the development of their project management skills in supporting clients.
Away from work, Nicole loves getting outdoors—no matter what the season is. She can often be found cross country skiing, biking, canoeing, and kayaking and is also a passionate running and Nordic skiing coach.
