The Lafayette - Branding
When SummerHill Apartment Communities set out to brand their new multi-family property in the emerging Clara District, they turned to our team. Their goal was to spark excitement among future residents and position the building as a central part of a new neighborhood rooted in purpose and possibility.
Our primary tagline, “Meet the Moment,” captures the energy of Silicon Valley’s emerging Clara District as it comes into its own. We expanded on this idea by crafting messaging that highlights everyday moments a resident might experience, such as “The moment you emerge, refreshed from a morning swim.” This and similar evocative statements invite potential residents to picture life at The Lafayette, fostering an emotional connection.
We reinforced this theme with black-and-white motion blur photography, inspired by a curated art package, evoking fleeting yet meaningful moments in time. We also incorporated organic and oblong shapes to echo the fluidity of the interior design, creating a cohesive and immersive brand experience.
The Lafayette’s sophisticated brand visuals and storytelling create a memorable experience that sets it apart from competing properties.
