Providing irrigation water to more than 35,000 acres of land requires engineering support that can grow with your communities
The Roosevelt Irrigation District’s (RID) delivery system services numerous communities along Interstate 10 as it travels through Avondale, Goodyear, and Buckeye, Arizona. As these communities continue to grow and change, we have supported a range of projects related to development and continual irrigation service.
From major rehabilitations of primary conveyance facilities to relocations of open-channel delivery system into pipeline to accommodate urbanization, our team has completed more than 200 individual projects for RID in the last 10 years that include planning, design, review, and construction management. We have also assisted in developing and implementing uniform standards for engineering design, drawings, and specifications, as well as established comprehensive policies and standards related to non-agricultural land development affecting RID facilities.
No matter the project, we represent RID’s interests in dealings with state, county, and municipal agencies, as well as with public and private utility companies and land developers—we make sure there are minimal service disruptions.
