It could be financial or technical—whatever the task, April enjoys fitting the pieces together and working toward stakeholder satisfaction. With more than two decades of experience, she has a broad civil engineering background with a specialization in land management, utility coordination, and conveyance.
April was our program manager for the Roosevelt Irrigation District and was involved in their projects for more than eight years. She was instrumental in liaising between the district, the developments, and the communities expanding around them. Her understanding of both the design and management of various land development and municipal infrastructure projects allowed her to artfully coordinate with all impacted stakeholders.
Currently, April is managing a variety of complex water projects and is a project management leader in our Pacific region. She provides training and guidance to our project managers and is key to the financial health and quality project delivery of the region.
When she isn’t mentoring staff or managing projects, April can be found exploring the great outdoors. She enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and travelling with her husband and two children.
