As a consummate problem solver, Bill looks at the bigger transportation picture of responsibly increasing access through multimodal transportation corridors, improving safety, and relieving traffic congestion. He excels in managing complex improvement projects while building consensus between diverse interested parties. Recently, he demonstrated this skill during his work on the Chicago Transit Authority’s $1.3 billion, Red and Purple Line modernization, which will deliver a more reliable and enjoyable transit experience for Chicago commuters.
