Unit A at Baytree Dunstable - Engineering Services

Baytree, a pan-European logistics and industrial development company, selected a spot in Dunstable for an industrial and logistics warehouse. They selected us to provide structural, civil, and earthworks engineering for this project.

Our team delivered the earthworks design ahead of construction and provided foundations and below ground services design. Additionally, we provided civil and structural engineering design for the logistics facility.

Situated on the A5 link road just off Junction 11A of the M1, Unit A was one of the most sustainable warehouses at the time of its completion. In addition to level access and dock doors suitable for single and double height trailers and high-spec open plan office space, the facility has electric car charging points, extensive LED lighting, and solar powerpacks to store electricity and reduce peak rate charges.
