We’ve been working on Ebbsfleet Garden City for over 25 years, providing a range of multidisciplinary services to support the development. The key to our continuing appointment? Our non-adversarial approach to collaborative working.
To support the vision of a high-quality living environment, we work closely with regulatory agencies to provide engineering works focused on pedestrian access and public transport, as well as suitable mitigation solutions to noise issues across the site. Some of the main constraints of the site that we have successfully mitigated include: a high-speed rail line, sewage treatment works, industrial noise, and a main arterial road.
Most recently, we were appointed as lead planner and environmental lead for Ebbsfleet Central, a dynamic urban centre for Ebbsfleet Garden City, adjacent to the existing train station, that will provide jobs, homes, and cultural facilities. With our help, the client’s plans for the regeneration of 34.86 hectares of brownfield land around Ebbsfleet International Train station have been approved and we are now supporting the delivery of the first phases of infrastructure.
