Masterplanning for a residential estate that promotes community and a true sense of place

Vasse Estate is an Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) award-winning residential development located centrally between Busselton and Dunsborough in Western Australia. The client’s focus for the Estate was to lead the way in sustainable residential design and to build a strong and safe community that takes advantage of its location to access outdoor pursuits.

On the job, we provided specialised engineering services to create a community environment containing residential, light industrial, commercial, and educational precincts that interact with public open space linkages and walk trails. Sewer pump stations, landscape extraction bores, and best practice urban water management were at the forefront of development features within this project involving our civil, electrical, structural, and sustainability teams.

Vasse Estate is proving to be one of the fastest growing and most successful projects in the south west of Western Australia. Soon, it will be home to over 5,000 residents and generate over 1,000 local jobs.
