With a practice at the intersection of health, science, and education, Adoria’s mission as an architect is to improve the world around her. Her experience spans two decades, having worked as a project manager and project architect, and she’s developed into a tremendous leader for large healthcare projects.
Adoria leads by example. She’s known for her warm and direct communication, technical expertise, and passion for her work––attributes that make her an essential team member on any successful project. Adoria draws immense satisfaction in working with a collaborative team, believing that the best possible outcomes happen when people work together.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Adoria has been fortunate to work on transformational projects throughout the Bay Area, including healthcare, education, and several cutting-edge research buildings. With over a decade of experience working with University of California San Francisco (UCSF), she played a leadership role in delivering the Medical Center at Mission Bay and Block 34. Adoria’s partnership with UCSF has been the highlight of her career, helping transform the health of the community.
