As an experienced engineer, Hadi works with our Ports and Maritime team on maritime and coastal projects from concept through to preliminary and detailed design. He strives for innovative solutions that combine structural integrity with minimal environmental impact. His work includes nearshore and offshore projects—and spans the design of marine structures, rehabilitation and renovation, design of coastal structures, coastal modeling, dredging studies, and climate change studies.
Hadi has worked in Australia and overseas in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East. Notable projects include his recent work on the Mortlake Ferry Crossing ramps rehabilitation, dredging studies of 12 ports in the Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf, and KA Petra’s Ship to Ship Transfer Port.
When he’s not using his technical and problem-solving skills to design maritime structures, Hadi enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching movies. He likes to stay active by playing volleyball with his family and friends and cycling with his daughter.
