A senior hydrogeologist and technical discipline leader with over 15 years of experience, Michelle focuses on groundwater supply development and protection as well as impact assessments related to resource development projects. She has a thorough understanding of the integration of hydrogeology with geochemistry, hydrology, and surface water quality to provide a holistic understanding of water resources and water management issues.
Michelle finds effective and environmentally responsible solutions for technically challenging issues related to water resources and water management. Her experience includes designing, conducting, and managing hydrogeological investigations, groundwater surface water studies, production well construction and upgrades, regulatory permitting applications and amendments, and environmental assessments. She has also testified as an expert witness.
Away from the world of hydrogeology, Michelle enjoys spending time with her son and is an avid runner and triathlete, counting the Ironman Canada 2009 event among her greatest accomplishments in the sport.
