A natural leader who is detail-driven in his approach and management style, Brett originally led the mechanical team in our Perth office before crossing disciplines into hydraulics.
Known for his approachability and open and honest character, Brett is passionate about organisational culture and plays a key role in mentoring and motivating staff. He’s worked on a diverse range of projects, but always with one goal: to deliver the best service, quality, and outcome for the client.
Brett coaches his local football club after playing for many years himself. He has a passion for harness racing and owns horses that he races with friends. Brett also spends a solid amount of time on weekends supporting his two children in their own sporting endeavours.
