Rick’s 35 years of transportation experience have taught him that informed decisions are not only critical to the success of a project but also to the benefit of a community. His specializations in planning, traffic operations, and permitting help his clients find solutions for safe and practical means of travel.
As a senior associate, Rick works with state and municipal clients to plan highway and roadway projects such as the VT 22A Truck Route study in Vergennes, and he consults on land development projects for private sector clients. Rick effectively engages with project stakeholders to ensure that all perspectives are considered in a project's development and design. The best projects are shaped by the communities they serve.
Rick, a self-described winter fanatic, spends a lot of his free time playing ice hockey or skiing: downhill, backcountry, or cross-country. When it isn’t winter, you’ll probably find him biking to work on the Northampton to Amherst (central mass rail trail).
