Due to his more than 40 years in the civil and environmental sectors of the engineering industry, Don is a sought-after expert. He has directed a variety of projects encompassing planning, design, construction oversight, and program management.
Don’s wastewater planning experience has included everything from facility and master plans and project reports to pilot testing, environmental assessments, and alternatives analysis. He has managed designs of wastewater treatment, solids management, and reuse systems with values more than USD$1 billion—many of these designs involving alternative delivery approaches. At the forefront of every major project management decision Don makes is providing what is in the client’s best interest.
With a passion to constantly progress the treatment and reuse industry, Don has published nearly 30 papers on various treatment processes and applications. He is also actively involved in the Water Environment Federation and American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
