Pasadena, California
In 1945, James M. Montgomery set up shop as a consulting engineer in Pasadena. His little firm grew to more than 7,000 employees, who joined the Stantec family in 2016.
Today, the Stantec team in Pasadena’s Lake Avenue district is close to some of Southern California’s most significant architectural landmarks, as well as the natural beauty of the San Gabriel Mountains. We’re lucky to have a Gold Line Metro stop just outside our front door, so we can get where we need to go in a hurry.
More importantly, we’re close to our clients, who have valued our water expertise throughout the region’s ongoing drought conditions. Los Angeles County needs water to keep its massive economy and its population of nearly 10 million going strong.
We are proud to support this area with a full suite of integrated water and wastewater engineering services. We don’t stop there, though—we also support the infrastructure, energy and resources, and environmental services markets.
Our staff’s expertise, like the city we serve, is diverse. And we are driven to achieve. We were recently nominated for Supplier of the Year by a Fortune 50 industrial client.
