She enjoys the challenge of high-calibre delivery and leads mission-critical projects with safety and sustainability in mind. Her communication and people skills—combined with years of road lighting experience and an eye for detail—set her apart. Client feedback is a testament to her success driving cohesive teams to provide innovative solutions. She’s particularly proud of her electrical and project lead role for the multidisciplinary fit-out of a $250 million Auckland hotel, one of the largest in New Zealand.
When she isn’t delivering design solutions, Sweta loves the outdoors and spends her weekends adventuring with her two dogs. Some of her other passions are hiking, travelling, and personal development.
