The Tremont - Amenity Refresh and Renovation

Although The Tremont luxury apartment community was fully leased and performing well, owner Nordblom Company recognized an opportunity to refresh the building aesthetic and stay competitive in a changing market. They engaged us to provide interior design services to thoughtfully evolve the property while building on its existing strengths.

Nordblom aimed to reimagine the amenity program by introducing coworking space while maintaining much of the original architecture. We developed strategic updates to finishes, lighting, and color palette, along with a complete furniture and accessories refresh, creating a more sophisticated environment aligned with Nordblom’s brand.

A key aspect of the project involved increasing the design impact through a carefully managed renovation scope. We worked closely with Nordblom and the contractor throughout the process to prioritize improvements and deliver high-value updates efficiently.

Projects like this reflect the increasing focus on renovation and refresh strategies within multi-family residential communities. Owners such as Nordblom are investing in thoughtful upgrades that keep their properties modern, relevant, and appealing in an evolving housing market.
