Responding to increased workload with a ready pool of professionals
The Construction Department within the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is responsible for the delivery and management support of various capital projects with a 10-year capital program budget of approximately C$2.3 billion. To respond effectively to increased workload, TTC supplements its in-house resources with consultants and reached out to our team to help provide construction management resources and services.
In our role, we scheduled formal and informal meetings with TCC employees to listen to their concerns, establish a stronger working relationship, and gain insight into their needs to respond to the requests for services more effectively.
By being able to readily staff critical projects, TTC can continue improving and enhancing the services it provides in moving the public in and around Toronto.
