Working out of Taiwan and the Greater China area, Sail is currently serving as director of our Information Management Office. He is responsible for the management of information technology related to planning and business development in Taipei and Shanghai.
Sail has many years of experience in information management and environmental planning. He has been involved in information technology application, GIS system construction, asset management, environmental resource planning, policy, and water treatment planning and design. He’s worked on projects organized by the Construction and Planning Agency, the Environmental Protection Administration, water resources agencies, and environmental protection agencies.
Lately, Sail has been working to develop an information system and commercial intelligent analysis related IT service applications. They can be applied in the environmental system, public piping asset management system, construction supervision and management system, disaster prevention, and more. The aim? To provide complete and comprehensive services for the clients and communities he serves.
