An associate project architect, Theo has focused his body of work in the healthcare sector. He possesses a unique ability to rapidly ideate and communicate visually, fueling our creative work—while also helping projects to meet applicable codes and regulations. A champion for the quality of our documentation, he’s helped to innovate our workflow, allowing us to achieve more with every project opportunity.
Theo’s responsibilities include developing conceptual designs, diagrams, and rendering for projects, as well as managing the completion of construction documents. His efforts have had a direct effect on the way we design and have helped to fundamentally shift the way we engage with our clients during the design process—moving us toward a more immersive, inclusive, and ultimately more responsive design process.
In his spare time, Theo enjoys traveling with his wife, playing soccer with friends, and continuing his lifelong search for the next great novel to read.
