A professional engineer with practical design experience in the structural engineering field, Sarah is passionate about designing for sustainability and minimal impact to the surrounding environment and communities. She focuses on the design and construction of infrastructure and transportation projects, particularly bridge design and planning.
Sarah’s infrastructure experience includes calculating the load rating of steel and concrete highway bridges, bridge design and inspection, historic structures, renovations to existing structures, and new construction. In addition to infrastructure projects, she’s assisted with the structural design of a wide variety of industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential buildings and facilities. Her technical skills include steel, concrete, and foundation design as well as structural analysis and developing contract documents.
When isn’t busy with bridge and infrastructure projects, Sarah enjoys running, coaching her kids’ sports teams, and camping.
