Ericka is an experienced leader with business development, funding, program development and management, and environmental sustainability and energy expertise. In her role as a regional sector leader focusing on the energy transition and renewable energy for eastern Canada, she supports energy transition strategy evolution, drives regional business development pursuits, and contributes technically to and manages projects.
Passionate about collaboration, Ericka helps make organizations more impactful, balanced, and efficient by finding and building upon commonalities and desired outcomes. Prior to joining Stantec, she worked on a variety of energy transition challenges and opportunities at national and regional non-profits. She has a solid understanding of the energy industry and market, including 15 years of experience working at the intersection of sustainability, energy management, and economic development.
In addition to her enthusiasm for shaping the energy transition, Ericka enjoys being in and learning about nature, board gaming, training for triathlons, and spending time with her partner and two cats.
