Molly has devoted her career in transit facility design to working on bus, streetcar, light rail, heavy rail support, maintenance, and passenger-side facilities. She believes transit is an essential part of a thriving city, delivering advantages for communities by way of personal quality of life, the economy, equity, and sustainability.
Currently, Molly’s role is project manager and project architect where she focuses on delivering efficient, functional, and evidence-based design. With experience on projects across the United States varying in scale and scope, she has gained insight into the short- and long-term needs of transit agencies and the people who use those spaces. Her work includes Metro Transit’s Minneapolis Bus Garage, LA Metro’s Union Station, Kansas City Streetcar Singleton Yard, and TriMet Columbia Bus Base.
Outside the office, Molly spends her time gardening and cooking with her husband, playing with her dog, and traveling to experience local food cultures. She loves wild landscapes and a good book.
