Stephen might tell you his job is turning dreams into reality—at least for developers and architects. With over 30 years of experience, Stephen’s depth and breadth of technical knowledge for urban development has enabled him to play a key role in the design of numerous major greenfield residential developments in Victoria.
As a project manager, Stephen focuses on outcomes. Working closely with architects and contractors, he ensures best practices are employed at every stage of a project to meet deadlines and budgets. He has developed exceptional stakeholder management skills, building strong effective relationships that become valued partnerships. A highlight of his career so-far is the Dohertys Drain, outfall channel and culverts, a complex drainage project through a large residential site, which included preserving sensitive waterway ecologies.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys participating in outdoors activities such as cycling, bush walking and birdwatching in native bush and wetland environments. He is also a keen AFL supporter and enjoys time over weekends watching his favorite AFL team play.
