With extensive experience in the construction industry, Jason is a resilient and motivational leader with strengths in strategy development, profit and loss (P&L) management, shareholder and client management, and engineering and technology.
Jason is responsible for the daily operation and management of a Buildings team of over 500 people. His role includes focusing on the strategic objectives associated employees, clients, finances, and technical excellence across multiple sites and in integrated teams. His team has a £50 million ($62 million) P&L account and he oversees growth in the consultancy business portfolio, developing both new services and expanding client base.
An accomplished communicator, Jason is focused on relationship development—as a result, he manages several national key client accounts.
