With seven years of experience at Stantec as a waste and resources consultant, Laurens gets his inspiration from helping all of us towards a circular economy. He is specialized in the procurement and tendering process of waste management services, having worked for both public and private clients in project management and contract management roles.
The circular economy is continuing to gain attention within corporate social responsibility. Laurens is one of the leading members of the team that supports governmental and commercial organizations in their efforts to move towards a circular economy in their plans and operations. Using experience at both strategic and operational levels, Laurens understands the importance of integrating these two levels to put the circular economy into practice.
In his free time, Laurens loves to run in the parks and forests of the city of Arnhem. He regularly participates in running events with other colleagues.
