As a chartered landscape architect, town planner, and our Midlands design lead, Paj focuses on urban design and masterplanning. Throughout his career of over 30 years, he’s worked for local government authorities and private-sector clients across the UK and in 40 countries worldwide.
Paj is passionate about delivering projects where people can thrive in communities that are resilient, flexible, and responsive to ever-changing challenges. As a design lead, he works with our groups in the urban transformation and regeneration, mixed-use, industrial, transit-oriented developments, and residential sectors. Notable projects include Bull Ring Birmingham, the Avenue Masterplan in Chesterfield, and Markham Vale, Derbyshire.
When he’s not busy planning communities that promote health and wellbeing, Paj enjoys his active role as a technical official with British Athletics, running, and assisting with competitions across the UK.
