As a specialist in strategic and operational effectiveness, Catriona is responsible for working with client-facing teams to help them analyze and identify market opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.
With over 25 years of professional services and consultancy experience, Catriona focuses on supporting our teams in developing and broadening their client relationships and in identifying future market opportunities. She’s a member of our Buildings executive board and leads our overall approach to the strategic growth of the business group. She is also responsible for our marketing and bids teams.
Having forged a career advising private and public sector organizations on their commercialization and go-to market strategies, Catriona’s experience includes six years at 3i Private Equity, and nine years as a director at KPMG before establishing her own consultancy business. She also mentors businesses with innovative management teams who are seeking to accelerate their growth.
