With over 13 years of legal and risk governance experience, Jeannine brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. In her position, she focuses on helping project teams identify risks and develop mitigation strategies as well as prepare clear and concise contract documents to minimize disputes.
Jeannine’s guidance supports teams across all business lines and sectors in North America. She’s worked on projects with eight of the ten largest Canadian contractors as well as many of the largest global contractors working in Canada.
Jeannine has been involved in negotiating complex contract documents on a wide range of delivery models, collaborating with owners, contractors, and other designers on projects totaling over $10 billion in project value through collaborative delivery models such as integrated project delivery, alliances, fixed price design-build, progressive design-builds and public-private partnerships.
