Matt has 30 years of experience delivering solutions for clients across the water sector spectrum with a focus on wet weather projects and consent order compliance programs. He’s most energized by working with clients to solve complex problems and, through successful delivery of solutions, creating meaningful change and quality of life enhancements for the communities served.
As the executive vice president and business operating unit leader for our North American Water team, Matt is a team-first leader. He emphasizes collaborative approaches to problem solving and measures success through client satisfaction, long term relationships, and engagement and career growth for his team members.
When he isn’t working on water solutions with his team, Matt spends time with his wife and two children enjoying outdoor activities—especially soccer, skiing, hiking, and boating. Their favorite getaway is the coast of Maine where they connect with nature.
