As a dedicated ecologist, Justine has a profound love for nature. She has experience in terrestrial ecology and specializes in writing comprehensive reports and providing strategic recommendations. Her expertise encompasses preliminary ecological appraisals, ecological impact assessments, biodiversity net gain, and river condition assessment.

Justine’s experience extends to conducting protected species surveys—she holds Natural England licenses for bats and great crested newts. She has contributed to a diverse range of projects including housing developments, solar farms, large national infrastructure projects, and water utilities schemes.

Not only does she help protect vulnerable species and their habitats at work, but Justine volunteers as a bat carer for Northumberland Bat Group. She also enjoys taking her dog, Obi, on adventures exploring Northumberland, going on cinema trips, spending time with family and friends, and staying active at the gym.
