Taha specializes in schedule management, earned value management, reporting, and processes and procedures for major capital projects worldwide. His project experience includes roads and highways, rail and transit, and offshore marine and port facilities. He leads our scheduling team and contributes to various key strategic growth initiatives including organizing in-house trainings and promoting our capabilities in progressive procurement across Canada.
Currently, Taha oversees project controls efforts on Ontario’s first progressive design-build (PDB) transit initiative, the Scarborough Subway Extension Stations, Rail, and Systems contract. This project is part of a C$28.5 billion Metrolinx Subways Program.
While he’s passionate about delivering sustainable project management solutions that enhances community well-being, Taha cherishes spending time with his two young daughters, nurturing his indoor plant collections, and exploring the woods whenever he gets the chance.
