As a right-of-way (ROW) land conveyance analyst, Jeremy draws on his intersectional competence between design and technical services. He brings a rare blend of expertise to his role that allows him to collaborate across disciplines and mentor new and junior team members on the intricacies of a project.
Jeremy specializes in the ROW acquisition process for public projects. He navigates the complex land conveyance environment on transportation projects across central California—such as the California High-Speed Rail (CAHSR)—and the delivery of agreed-upon outcomes. Known for his experience in coordinating interested parties, he’s committed to clear and transparent communication with all community members. He excels at identifying and providing collaborative solutions to utility conflicts, handling detailed explanations of the appraisal process, highway plans, profiles, cross-sections, and the eminent domain process.
Outside of his diligent work on transportation projects, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, watching action movies, and experimenting with 3D printing.
