A strong advocate of design excellence, Reinaldo brings robust and diversified experience in the field of architecture and planning to his projects, including healthcare, hospitality, workplace, science and technology, and master planning. He has worked on significant projects such as the UCSF Mission Bay project in San Francisco, California, and Hamad Bin Khalifa Master Plan in Doha, Qatar.
Reinaldo connects his extensive design skills with strong technical abilities, providing an interdisciplinary and novel approach to design. A natural leader, he believes the key to a meaningful career is to inspire by example. Guided by a passion for mentorship, office culture, and inclusion and diversity in the workplace, Reinaldo is the Developing Professionals Group National Lead for the United States and co-leads the Pride Employee Resources Group in Northern California. He also leads our Buildings Internship Program in the US West.
Outside of work and mentoring, Reinaldo likes to cook, especially traditional delicacies from Puerto Rico, where he was born and raised. He also enjoys travel, hiking, photography, and paleontology.
