Tama seeks to improve the balance between human and environmental water needs. Passionate about making the most of our available water resources, she has immersed herself in all aspects of recycled water projects.
Tama’s trajectory and passion were set early in her career by working on West Basin Municipal Water District’s first recycled water program of its’ kind in southern California. She loves to find ways which help clients develop sustainable solutions to their challenges. Tama is responsible for building our Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water Resources practice groups. A significant component of her work is mentoring our staff, finding career opportunities that allows each to excel, and creating a diverse, inclusive, and inviting work environment for all. She believes we must all feel comfortable in our work environment in order to bring our best.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends hiking/walking on California trails and beaches, gardening, and playing board games, cards, and puzzles.
