Adam is passionate about sustainable engineering design and has hands-on experience across a wide range of civil engineering specialties. He focuses on tackling the climate crisis through the implementation of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS).
Working in the water sector, Adam provides engineering solutions for our efforts with Northumbrian Water. His project portfolio includes storm overflow spill reduction schemes, residential and commercial drainage design, residential highways design, and construction site support.
Beyond his technical work, Adam is a founding member of the Living Water Enterprise Early Careers Network. This initiative connects professionals across Northumbrian Water’s delivery framework to foster innovation through collaboration.
A graduate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Adam is currently working toward his professional accreditation. Recently, in recognition of his spill reduction work in Berwick upon Tweed, he was named the 2025 ICE Emerging Engineers Regional Award winner.
