Kip believes that a passion for design is contagious and that the best reward is to see the whole team share enthusiasm for delivering quality projects. With a successful track record of building teams, collaborating across business lines, and delivering award-winning infrastructure projects, he brings strong technical leadership and strives for continued growth of our market position in the ports and marine terminals sector.
Kip also manages major projects with a focus on enhancing the supply chain. This includes his recent work on the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project, Fairview Terminal Phase 2B Expansion, Vancouver Shipyards Outfitting Pier, and LNG Canada Materials Offloading Facility.
Having First Nations heritage, Kip is committed to doing what is right when engaging local communities in making project decisions. He has been actively engaged in supporting our Indigenous partnerships across Canada.
When he isn’t busy managing major port and marine terminal projects, Kip values making memories with family and friends, which includes traveling, skiing, cycling, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and playing tennis, golf, and hockey.
