John is devoted to the community-driven aspects of construction. For more than a decade, he led major projects for a university medical center and enjoyed the work because he saw how crucial those projects were to the well-being of his community. Getting the most out of a project despite the constraints of time and budget meant better serving the healthcare team’s mission. His career has changed tracks a few times, but John always finds himself coming back to the joy of developing successful healthcare facilities.
Today, as a principal and national leader for our Buildings Program Management team, John uses this experience as an owner’s representative to align our client’s ideas and goals for a project with the resources needed to deliver a predictable outcome. Whether delivering personalized advisory services to a client on project strategy or assembling large teams for complex projects that take years from concept to close-out, John’s dedication to the details of mission and capital investment are intuitive rewards for our clients.
When he isn’t leading teams across the US, John heads to the mountains with his family for skiing adventures as often as possible.
