Matt is a civil engineer with five years of experience. His past experience working as a contractor in the earthwork and underground utility sector gives him the current knowledge to design a product that can be built efficiently.
With experience working as a team member on a field crew, Matt strives to continue building teamwork and collaboration throughout design processes to provide the client with a product that has great quality and is low in cost. His role in designing and writing specifications for projects ranging from utility design to wetland mitigation makes him a versatile asset to the team. During the MMSD Western Milwaukee Phase 2B project, Matt was a lead engineer in designing the storm sewer system during this levee and floodwall project along the Menomonee River. Storm sewers ranging from 15 to 72 inches were required to convey the interior drainage on landside of the levee and prevent building from flooding during large rain events.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys getting out in the woods hunting or fishing in a nearby lake or river.
