In his role as a senior land development engineer, Keith uses years of leadership and land development experience to bring new ideas to his team. He aims to think differently and inspire his colleagues, all while working collaboratively to connect the dots of Stantec’s various services and specialties to best support his clients.
With a background in engineering, Keith specializes in land development and infrastructure project management. In 2011, he received an award for Outstanding Contribution to the Land Development Industry, awarded by the Edmonton Chapter of the Urban Development Institute—a testament to a prolific 30-year career and many significant accomplishments.
In addition to his land development engineering experience, Keith acts as the financial lead on cost sharing agreements for ownership groups. He works diligently to develop and implement cost share programs for these landowners to ensure that these programs align with existing systems and that cash flow is managed appropriately. He recognizes that how we manage our clients’ costs and cash flow can impact even the smallest things—things that make a difference to those that will live in the communities we help shape.
