With over 40 years of experience leading engineering and facilities management organizations, along with directing complex design and construction programs, Bob is a proven leader. Having served on active duty in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps for 29 years, he retired as a captain in 2009. His final tour was commanding officer of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest—an 800-person engineering, public works, contracting, and construction management organization with an annual budget of $240 million and construction projects totaling over $1 billion.
Using his vast experience, Bob serves as a senior program manager and our principal point of contact for the Naval Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization program. He provides overall leadership and management of the project team during military construction (MILCON) facilities and infrastructure design, construction, testing, and acceptance and serves as lead driver for the client’s vision. Current projects include a new multi-mission dry dock and several electrical distribution upgrades.
When he’s not working, Bob enjoys travel, wine tasting, playing guitar, and listening to live music.
