For 30 years Greg served as the Maryland Department of Transportation state highway administration deputy director. In that role, he was in charge of the State’s bridge inspection program along with the State Highway Administration’s bridge repair design, maintenance, construction, and coatings programs.
Greg has served at the national level as a member of the Joint FHWA/State Task Force for National Bridge Inspection Compliance, the AASHTO T-18 Subcommittee on Bridge Management Evaluation and Rehabilitation, and the AASHTO T-8 Subcommittee on Movable Bridges. He’s taken part in the Northeast Bridge Preservation Partnership, and the Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC) Contractor Certification Program (PCCP), and he served as the chair of the SSPC-QP 2 Standard Rewrite Committee. He’s a professional engineer, and he’s level 1 certified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
Greg enjoys helping clients inspect their bridges, determine short- and long-term needs, maintain their existing bridges, and solve complicated existing bridge problems related to deterioration, fatigue, or damage.
