Hannah’s always had a passion for geology. In high school, this grew into a love for dams when she learned about the construction of the Hoover Dam. She considers it a privilege to be able to work on projects involving the design and construction of dams and pumped storage projects including modifications or rehabilitations for dam safety.
With experience both stateside and abroad, Hannah focuses on the analysis, design, and construction of hydroelectric projects and dam safety modifications. She specializes in site characterizations, geotechnical investigations for both rock and soil, rock scour, seepage and stability analyses, dam safety monitoring, and risk analyses to assess dam safety and contribute to risk informed decision-making.
Hannah enjoys getting to know a project during design but loves when she can get into the field and see the design come to life. She’s applied her expertise to projects such as the Priest Rapids Right Embankment Improvement Project and Red Rock Hydroelectric Project.
